Network Maintenance: June 19, 5-9PM

IMSS

IMSS will perform systems firewall maintenance on Monday, June 19th, from 5:00PM to 9:00PM.  During this maintenance, most of the systems hosted by IMSS on campus will be unavailable, including, but not limited to:

  • Advance
  • AiM
  • Caltech Help Ticket System
  • Data Warehouse (Cognos)
  • Envision
  • File shares
  • Mailing lists
  • Point n Click
  • Tableau

This maintenance is required to make sure that the equipment providing network services is fully redundant and resilient. We do not anticipate any outages to extend past the maintenance window.
