Faster Campus Wireless Network

As part of the ongoing campus network refresh project, IMSS has increased campus wireless network speed limits. Caltech BeaverNet and the Registered network are now almost twice as fast as previous speeds. The Caltech Guest network rate has also been greatly increased.
