Real-World Strategies to Win Climate Change
The sheer math of carbon accumulation in the atmosphere demands a large-scale and rapid response. Hal Harvey will discuss the strategy—which countries, which policies—required to deliver a low-carbon future. He will discuss in further depth the characteristics of successful energy policy design.
