Call for Art Submissions

The Caltech Graduate Student Council is excited to announce the return of Caltech Art Night for Spring 2024 (date TBD), a vibrant evening filled with music, wine, salami, cheese, and a stunning array of artworks from our talented community in Browne Dining Hall.

We are accepting art submissions to be showcased at Caltech Art Night and in the GSC Art virtual museum. Selected pieces may be displayed in the art gallery at Browne Dining Hall and Red Door Café.

The deadline for art submissions is March 8, 2024.

Submission Instructions:

• Accepting any visual art media (paintings, photography, sculptures, etc.). (please choose your best 4)
• Include an Artwork Label
• Email a picture of your artwork with the Artwork Label to: [email protected]

Year of Creation: 2023

Material or Medium of Creation: Photography, Print on Matte Paper

Symposium: I love Caltech, so I shot this....

Special Panel - Art from AI:

To embrace innovation, we've introduced a new section for AI-generated art. Feel free to use any AI platform to create your pieces. If your submission is AI-generated, please mention it in the Artwork Label under the "Material and Medium of Creation" section, claiming "AI-Generated."
