Administrative Systems Outage: October 15-16

IMSS is patching multiple administrative systems on on Saturday, October 15 and Sunday, October 16th.  This outage impacts the availability of multiple systems including, but not limited to those listed below:

  • Oracle Applications
  • Applications dependent on Oracle, such as AiM Customer Portal, Online Payslip, and Online W2 forms
  • Exeter
  • Applications dependent on Exeter, such as REGIS
  • Advance
  • Kronos Timekeeping
  • OBI Data Warehouse
