Worklife Wellness Break - Chair Yoga
Join instructor Pili Bailey, a certified and experienced Yoga teacher and the owner and creator of Essential Yoga Space, for a quick 15-minute chair yoga session. Chair yoga can help increase your strength and flexibility, improve pain management skills, and reduce stress. Be sure to have a water bottle on hand as necessary.
