This working session will discuss the importance of building an inclusive environment and the benefits that may arise when you succeed. Dive into leadership behaviors that will enable your team to connect as a group and to each other. Reduce toxicity, stress and competition within your group by fostering a culture of gratitude, sharing and trust. Develop a bite-sized, individualized action plan to put into practice (practice, practice, practice) with your group and identify how you can assess its effectiveness.
