Dementia is a progressive brain disfunction that leads to a gradually increasing restriction of daily activities. The most well-known type of dementia is Alzheimer's disease. Dementia affects patients and family members. Come and learn what dementia means, the different types, the warning signs, and how to get a diagnosis and follow-up after a diagnosis is made.
