Quantum lightning and applications
Andrea Coladangelo, Caltech,

ABSTRACT:  I will describe an exciting new quantum cryptographic primitive called quantum lightning, proposed by Mark Zhandry. It is related to public key quantum money, and is a strengthening of it. I will start by giving the basic quantum facts required. Then I will define quantum lightning and prove that either a certain kind of hash function exists or quantum lightning exists. I will talk about applications and if time permits I will sketch a candidate construction.
