Do you have a quick question about your Caltech Retirement Plans? Come in during TIAA office hours, every second Tuesday of the month, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We are proud to present this service provided by TIAA for Caltech campus employees. On the second Tuesday of every month, a TIAA financial consultant will be available in the Red Door Café. During these office hours, a financial consultant will be available to answer questions such as:

--How to update or change beneficiary information

--How to take a cash withdrawal, if over age 59½

--How to take out a loan

--How to request a name change

--How to increase or decrease your contributions in the Voluntary Plan

--How to retrieve your username and password to log in to TIAA.org

--How to sign up for a 1:1 meeting with a TIAA financial consultant at a later time

TIAA will be available to assist with quick and simple questions, on the spot. If you have other questions about your Caltech retirement plans that may require a meeting, the consultant will help set it up or you can contact TIAA at 800-842-2252.
