Performance Discussions: Workshop for Staff
The purpose of this process is for managers to engage in substantive discussions with their employees. These discussions should include information about personal and professional goal development, performance standards, project identification and feedback.
It is the goal of this process to create transparency, strengthen communication and provide an opportunity for conversation between employees and their supervisors.
It is our hope that employees will feel comfortable contributing to this process and welcome the chance to have solid developmental discussions.
In this workshop we will:
- Highlight a framework that can be used to organize your self-evaluation
- Give tips on what to include in your evaluation
- Practice writing a self-evaluation
