Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy group for depression and anxiety

Counseling Services is pleased to announce Mindfully Resilient, an 8-week structured Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy group.  It's designed to help reduce the risk for relapse of depression or anxiety, and has an excellent research base.  Pre-screening is required.  Any graduate or undergraduate students are welcome to schedule a 30-minute screening appointment by calling 395-8331.  Space is limited and the group begins on Thursday, January 11th.  More information is available on the Counseling Services website.
