Title: Towards an absolute GW detector calibration using frequency metrology

Abstract: Inaccurately characterized GW detector responses may impact the ultimate astrophysical and cosmological parameters inferred from strain signals. By exploiting the high precision and accuracy involved in measuring frequency differences, we calibrate test mass actuator strenghts and displacement sensitivity of a 40-meter long interferometer. After carefullly budgeting our errors, we demonstrate sub-1% calibration error on a single detector's actuactor calibration under typical signal-to-noise conditions and with minimal hardware additions. Finally, we compile a list of expected systematics entering our calibrated signals and estimate their impact on astrophysical parameter estimation.
