Sonne: Theater Arts at Caltech

In Sonne, an original play written and directed by Caltech senior Nicholas Rupprecht, Alpha and Omega, friends since college, are hiking when they stumble into a blasted landscape untouched by sunshine. The native inhabitants revere the absent sun as a god, and welcome Alpha and Omega as ones who "bring knowledge of the Sun." Both men find themselves tempted to remain in this strange land, but for radically different reasons. Sonne is a dark and bloody tale of faith, domination, and the price of cowardice.
A discussion with the author and cast members will follow each performance.
Due to adult language and themes, this event is not recommended for children under 15.
