Get Moving With Behavioral Activation! - Workshop for students
This Wednesday, February 14th, Dr. Lee Coleman from Counseling Services will talk about how to get moving using Behavioral Activation - a set of evidence-based counseling techniques derived from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy that's useful in getting ourselves to take effective action even when we don't feel like it. These techniques are useful when dealing with the paralysis that procrastination, depression and anxiety can cause...or even if you're just feeling stuck and unsure how to start a task. This fun and exciting workshop will take place on Wednesday, February 14th from 12:00 - 12:50 in the Hameetman Conference Room, 2nd floor. Free lunch will be served on a first-come basis - come join us!
