Emotional Well-Being Workshop for Students: Healthy Sleep

On April 25th at noon, Wendy Lopata, LCSW, will talk about ways of getting the most out of your sleep.  This workshop is part of the counseling center's Emotional Well-Being Workshop Series, and is open to all graduate and undergraduate students.  Free lunch is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.  Come join us!
