Emotional Intelligence Toolkit: Workshop on Coping Without Avoidance
Counseling Services is pleased to announce the third module in the Emotional Intelligence Toolkit workshop series. This fun and practical 2-workshop series starts with understanding the reasons we often cope by avoiding things or procrastinating. The followup workshop on Friday, February 23rd focuses on learning how to face your fears and tolerate the discomfort of taking useful action. It's open to all grads and undergrads - come join us!
Dates: Part 1 is Friday, February 16th. Part 2 is Friday, February 23rd.
