Eileen Ivers: At Old Pasadena's Levitt Pavilion

Please Note: This concert is not at Caltech. It will be held at the Levitt Pavilion, in Old Pasadena's Memorial Park.

Headlining major performing arts centers, guest staring with numerous symphonies, and appearing on national and international television, Eileen Ivers and her mix of world percussion, Irish instrumentation, and American vocals has wowed audiences worldwide for years. She's been called a "sensation" by Billboard magazine and "the Jimi Hendrix of the violin" by The New York Times.

Ivers' recording credits include over 80 contemporary and traditional albums and numerous movie scores. Ivers has performed with groups such as The London Symphony Orchestra, Boston Pops, Riverdance, The Chieftains, Hall and Oates, and more!

Caltech Public Events is cosponsoring this concert with Old Pasadena's Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts as part of the Levitt on the Lawn series. In the spirit of the Levitt, the concerts are free and open to the public. Elizabeth Levitt Hirsch produces these concerts as a way of giving back to the community and increasing awareness of the extensive summer concert series that she has brought to life in Pasadena.
