eClub Legal Workshop with Startup Lawyer Linda Wang

The eClub will be holding a legal workshop with startup attorney Linda Wang, founder of Cambrian Factor, Inc. During the workshop, Linda will help current and future entrepreneurs with the basics of entity formation (LLC/Corp/Partnership), including what factors people use to choose an entity, the tax consequences of each and a brief discussion on the benefits/myths of incorporating in different states. She will cover how to incorporate the right way in Delaware, California and Nevada, and will bring handouts with sample provisions/documents and tips. We encourage eClub members to bring their formation documents (Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Partnership Agreements, Operating Agreements, etc.) to ask questions about the content/language of those documents. The workshop will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday 3/21 Multimedia Conference Room (MCR) on the 3rd floor of Sherman-Fairchild Library (SFL). Please RSVP here if you plan on attending: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dGRNLVdVZ21SQ2lpUGFRRUZsWnlzc0E6MQ#gid=0
