Demystifying the Faculty Hiring Process Series: Postdoc Backward Design
The Caltech Postdoc Association (CPA) in collaboration with the Center for Teaching, Learning & Outreach (CTLO) invite Caltech Postdocs to a workshop on Backward Design. Backwards Design is the process of identifying your goals and then working backwards to how you can achieve them. Typically used to design academic courses, you'll learn how to use this technique to design the next few years of your career path as a post-doc and beyond.
