"Delicious Discourse" Speaker Series Kickoff by PBU Caltech

PBU Caltech are excited to announce the beginning of our new speaker series, "Delicious Discourse". The series was established with the goal of sharing and connecting the Caltech community with professionals from all over the plant-based space, while giving guests a chance to try some delicious plant-based treats sourced from local establishments!

The first speaker for this series is Dr. Faraz Harsini, a Bioprocess Senior Scientist at Good Food Institute, where he works on scientific and technical advancements to scale Alternative Proteins.

Topics of discussion include pandemics, antibiotic resistance, environment, and public health, and their intersection with animal rights and social justice.
