Wen Chen (Ph.D. 00) from Caltech Women in BBE will give an overview of the current human rights situation of women and girls in China. Chen, a long-term activist for Amnesty International, prepared this presentation for Washburn University Women's and Gender Study as a guest speaker. There will be a 30 min feature presentation plus Q&A and letter-writing for victim families. Pastries from 85C Bakery will be served with hot tea.
