Every February, the Japanese American community commemorates Executive Order 9066, educating others on the fragility of civil liberties in times of crisis and highlighting the importance of protecting the civil rights and liberties of all. Please watch the Norman Y Mineta documentary and Yonsei Eyes (linked below) beforehand and we will hold conversations on the films, the Japanese American experience, and Day of Remembrance.
