CPET Seminar - Teaching Strategies for Outreach

Outreach events are an excellent opportunity to increase public awareness and access to STEM. They also give us the opportunity to improve our own communication skills and practice teaching a different audience. In this seminar, you will find out more about outreach opportunities that you can participate in and learn how to plan an effective outreach event by defining your learning objectives, understanding your audience, and assessing the outcomes for your participants.
