Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia Counseling Group

Counseling Services is pleased to offer this 4-week therapy group for people who have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep.  It's open to any enrolled graduate or undergraduate student, but a 30-minute in-person pre-screening meeting is required anytime before the start of the group.  We'll meet in the Counseling Center's conference room from 4:00 - 5:00 on Tuesdays, January 29th, February 5th, 12th, and 19th.  Please contact Counseling Services at (626) 395-8331 to set up a 30-minute screening.
