The Worklife@Caltech is once again offering Chair Yoga classes. This season all classes are scheduled on Mondays beginning January 22nd. Classes are open to staff, postdocs, and professorial faculty. Space is limited.
All classes will take place in Annenberg (building number 16 on Caltech map), room 107. Time is from 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm. Please be punctual. We request that you sign up in advance for all classes you plan to attend. Since we have limited space, please cancel your registration if you find that you cannot attend. Please remember that you have to sign up for each class individually.
