Chair Yoga
The Worklife@Caltech invites its subscribers to stretch at lunch with more chair yoga sessions!
Chair Yoga benefits:
- Increases circulation and flexibility,
- Improves concentration and balance,
- Eases pain and tension in the neck, shoulders and lower back
It is advisable to wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move!
Space is limited, so please do not sign up to the classes you are not sure if you are attending and please cancel your attendance if you are not able to make it. We are also reserving spaces for walk-ins! Once the class starts we will take attendance on a first-come, first-served basis. Be punctual to avoid forfeiting your space.
Please note there is no class on January 31st.
