In these increasingly complex times, organizations need leaders who can respond nimbly to a wide range of situations to achieve organizational goals. This 1 hour webinar will help you to understand what characteristics make a great leader. Professor Corinne Bendersky, PhD, Associate Professor of Management and Organizations from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, will present and discuss a framework for understanding leadership called the 4-CAP Model. The framework begins with four key leadership capabilities: Sensemaking, Relating, Visioning, and Inventing. Using examples and videos of different kinds of leaders, Dr. Bendersky will help participants understand what each leadership skills is, and more importantly, how they work together to create successful leadership in different kinds of situations.
