Beckman Institute Seminar

   The Center for Advanced Methods in Biological Image Analysis, CAMBIA for short, is a computational hub dedicated to research, develop and apply image processing and analysis to biological image problems.  The work at CAMBIA is driven by the existing demand of the Caltech community and by the motivation to provide competencies to groups lacking fundamental expertise in the core areas available at the center.  We are open to collaborate with any lab on campus that has a need to process biomedical images in any modality (e.g. fluorescence, MRI, ultrasound, etc..)   and is interested in pursuing a productive collaboration.  Our resources are computational thinking, algorithm development and implementation, consulting and data processing.
