Technological leadership is of paramount importance, vital to our security, economic prosperity and global standing. Broadening our capabilities in space will continue to serve society in ways we can scarcely imagine today: answering fundamental scientific questions, building economic competitiveness, and making a difference in our lives everyday. This seminar will highlight several recent space technology advances, discuss the future possibilities within our grasp, and highlight the scientific, security, economic and societal rationales for sustained investment in these capabilities.
