ABCs of Course Design - A CTLO Short Course

Are you hoping to be the instructor of record for a course or interested in course design? If so, Dr. Jennifer Weaver, Assistant Director of the CTLO, will be teaching a 3-session short course for you! We'll walk through the process of "backwards design" from start to finish, including designing learning outcomes, incorporating active learning activities, developing assessments, and building the overall class structure. By the end of this short course, you will have the main tools you need to design a great class of your own.

For Fall 2017, the course will take place on Wednesday afternoons at 3pm, beginning November 1st. Please ensure that you are available to attend ALL three sessions (November 1st, 8th and 15th) before you RSVP.
