Administrative Applications Outage: October 14-15

IMSS

IMSS will upgrade APEX applications and patch multiple access.caltech.edu administrative applications on Saturday, October 14 and Sunday, October 15. During this maintenance, outages will affect the availability of the following systems including, but not limited to those listed below:

  • Oracle Applications
  • Applications dependent on Oracle, such as AiM Customer Portal, Online Payslip, and Online W2 forms
  • Exeter
  • Applications dependent on Exeter, such as REGIS
  • Advance
  • Kronos Timekeeping
  • OBI Data Warehouse
  • All APEX Applications
