An all-orders 2d chiral algebra for 4d form factors
Victor Fernandez, University of Washington,

Computing loop-level amplitudes and form factors of non-supersymmetric QFTs is a long-standing challenge, including the computation of observables in Yang-Mills theory beyond the two-loop level. For twistorial theories (special 4d QFTs that admit a local lift to twistor space), such as self-dual Yang Mills (SDYM) coupled to special choices of matter, Costello and Paquette proved that one can obtain their form factors by instead computing correlators in 2d chiral algebras. To pursue this direction at higher loop order, the key ingredient is knowledge of the 2d chiral algebra OPEs. In this talk I will describe recent work with N. Paquette where using only elementary constraints from symmetries and associativity, we obtain closed-form expressions for the complete chiral algebra for SDYM + matter to arbitrary loop order.

The talk is in 469 Lauritsen.
