World Fest - Italian Pasta Making Demonstration

Caltech graduate student and former NASA engineer, Lorenzo Minutolo, cooked his way through undergraduate school. In order to save money for his education, Lorenzo worked in restaurants in his home country of Italy. There, he perfected the art of making pasta. Today, he will demonstrate this and teach us to make our own homemade egg pasta. This can be a hands-on session, if you want to try it out from your own home. You will need 1 egg and 2.5 cups (350 g) of all-purpose flour.
