Enjoy a delectable sampling of food specially chosen by Harold McGee (BS '73) and Tom Mannion as they explore the chemistry and physics of deliciousness. Join us for an intimate evening that includes alumni sous chefs, interactive workshops, and a discussion on the intersection of food and science.
