Anjali Tripathi, NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory,

Please join us for a conversation and Q & A with Anjali Tripathi, who currently works for NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and as a Research Associate at the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian, which is an astrophysics research institute jointly operated by the Harvard College Observatory and Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory.

Anjali Tripathi works at the intersection of science and policy. Currently building initiatives for climate change resilience at JPL and volunteering for LA County Public Health's COVID-19 data and epidemiology team, she previously served in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and the US Department of Agriculture. Her background is in astrophysics, where her research focused on planet formation and evolution. She is an active science communicator and has previously worked in engineering in industry, as well as academic positions. Anjali completed her PhD in Astrophysics at Harvard, an MPhil in Astronomy at the University of Cambridge, and an SB in Physics at MIT.
