Learn how Caltech's Andrew and Peggy Cherng Department of Medical Engineering is leading the way in multidisciplinary engineering to design systems that assist physicians and enable people to live longer, healthier lives. Yu-Chong Tai, the Anna L. Rosen Professor of Electrical Engineering and Medical Engineering who oversees the department will share some of the most promising medical technologies coming out of Caltech, including those that have the potential to improve treatment for those afflicted with diabetes, vision loss, and heart problems.
