Our New Year New You Boot Camp is a type of group exercise class that mixes interval training and strength training for a challenging, varied and fun workout. Our goal is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and aerobic endurance. Each workout will be different, focusing on specific muscle groups and fitness areas balancing cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility. The boot camp is designed to be intense; however it is suitable for novice exercisers and the fitness enthusiasts alike. Individuals will be able to work at their own personal level and intensity. Expect to sweat and push yourself whatever your ability. This session is great whether you want to get into shape or take your fitness to the next level.
