Alpine Club Talks: Climbing in the Alps and High Sierra by Madeleine Pascolini

SCMA member Madeleine learned to trad climb in 2017 with the goal of pursuing alpine and mountaineering objectives. She will give a presentation on getting into climbing, trip planning, and pictures for one alpine climbing adventure and one misadventure! She will talk about a perfect climbing day on the Arête des Cosmiques in Chamonix, and what happens when weather moves in on an ascent of Clyde Minaret in the High Sierra.
