As part of a new "Be Well" campaign slated to start in early November, the Human Resources WorkLife program and Dining Services have partnered to boost the availability and visibility of healthful food options campus-wide.
The campaign, which aims to increase wellness opportunities and awareness, will feature digital menu displays at each food station that highlight healthful items and provide information about caloric ranges and allergen/preference profiles for menu items. It will also include dynamic digital displays that provide interesting food facts, healthful food messaging, salad recipe ideas, and information about new dietary options.
The campaign will roll out first in Chandler Café and elsewhere on campus later. It includes a revamped catering menu, a "Be Well" section in the C-Store, health-focused messaging on campus as well as new healthful smoothies and drinks at the Red Door and Broad cafés.
