Siemens Competition Workshop: "Research - The Origin of Discovery"

Please join us for this excellent opportunity to interact with Caltech scientists and learn about scientific research and discovery that touches our everyday lives. Caltech undergraduate Edward Fouad, graduate student Kirsten Siebach and research scientist Spiros Michalakis will lead the workshop.

Following the workshop, we invite you to the Siemens Competition Poster Session and Reception at 5 p.m. in Caltech's Dabney Lounge and Gardens.

The Siemens Competition in Math, Science & Technology recognizes remarkable talent early on, fostering individual growth for high school students who are willing to challenge themselves through science research. Through this competition, students have an opportunity to achieve recognition for science research projects that they complete in high school.
