Corporate Relations and Foundation Relations

Builds and strengthens strategic collaborations and partnerships between Caltech and corporations and foundations around the world.

Development and Fundraising

Advances the Institute's mission by securing annual, capital, planned, and endowed gifts from alumni and other members of the Caltech community of support.

Development Operations

Processes gifts, maintains financial records, and conducts research about potential contribution opportunities to assist the Institute in developing and maintaining key relationships. Provides all members of the Development and Institute Relations team with computer, printer, and server support, while also managing Caltech's shared constituent database system.

Donor Relations and Event Management

Coordinates donor recognition and stewardship, fund reporting, and gift acknowledgements, and organizes a variety of events to commemorate Caltech milestones and the involvement of the Institute's supporters.

Gift Planning

Helps supporters create planned gifts that provide life-long income, such as charitable gift annuities. Answers estate planning questions, including those regarding bequest language and the donation of complex assets.

Marketing and Communications

Promotes Caltech's accomplishments, legacy, and people in the media, online, in Institute publications and development materials, and through other channels.
