This 1-hour class is open to all levels, including absolute beginners or those just coming back to dance. Full barre is taught at the basic level and simple steps are introduced in the centre. Drop-in attendance is welcome!

Previous dance experience is highly recommended for this 1.5-hour class. More advanced exercises are taught at the barre and longer combinations are given in the centre. Attention will be given to correcting placement and technique.
